1. check his mini meals,,how many does he take ?
2. upper premolars are in process, could be the reason of fussiness. ask your dr for some teething soothers or pain reliever,,,after all your child deserves a good night sleep and so do you. never compromise on your child sleeping schedules,,if it requires to give pain reliever esp if teething is the reason !!!! as far as other remedies are concerned,,teething might trigger other loose motions(she already had one), or ear infection, cold and cough or fever,,so avoid ne other remedies,,,a good dose from dr will give her more comforts and avoid her getting into loop of other illness...
3. she has recently recovered from diarrhoea so quite possble that even if you have not noticed but she might have gained her apetite or her apetite might have got a burst,,,which means her meals have to be taken care of....eliminate this possblty and see if it helps.
4. since she has just recovered,,just make the past problem has not caused some other problem ! check her bowels, temperature and her other schedules...
5. waking up every 45mins,,is she taking cows milk ? or is exclusvily bf,,,if exclusvly bf, then she needs feeds of cows milk. so offer that,,in according to below and see if it helps !!
your 18months old is ready for all of the below,,,see if she is taking what she deserves !

try offering a good feed of cows milk before sleep and it should help..18months old is ready for milk additivies,,so ask your dr about it or complan or horlicks whatever seems to interst your baby with milk...

My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
