hi folks,
i need ur best,true,kind advice...iam excepted on oct23...during pregnancy i gained 35 pounds...can anyone tell me how to loose weight after delivery soon...cos i have a party in india in jan...please help me....

what sort of food is best(veg/nonveg)....what to eat and what not to eat...

Hi,
I am sure by now, you have had your bundle of joy, I am a little late in reading your post, but I hope you will be able to read it even though you are surely busy.

I lost most of my pregnancy weight by drinking lots of water, taking my baby and myself on a walk first thing in the mornings (your burn more fat in morning before eating then afterwards since your body is using up stored fat when you walk). You should walk a minimum of 30 minutes, walk at a pace in which is just comfortable, but not overexerting.

Cut down on meat, eat only small amounts and only lean cuts of meat.

Keep your \";system\"; moving, that is very important too.

Cut down on sweets or cut them out all together.

Good things to eat are squash, beans, sprouts, the cooked egg white, beets and cabbage. Those are good and in season.

its best to stp eating meat, & rice, if u only eat roti (wheat bread) & any curry in lunch & dinner it helps a lot alson with some fruits liek apple, orange ets
