Breastfeeding:Hetal/Moms - pls help RN

RN is having a tough time making her baby drink BF/bottle .... baby is 20 days old, birthwt 2.5kgs ... she says the baby just sleeps during feeds and does not feed enough... Can u pls suggest her what she can do?

Here is what she says
\";thanks for all the advice n support but I am having a tough time! :(...my baby sleeps thru the time when I try to breastfeed him! Even if there is milk he will sleep..no amt of tickling changing clothes helps...I keep sitting for an hour but he hardly takes milk for 5-10 mts...same for bottlefeed..but its a li'l better..he drinks something. He is almost a mnth now and has gained only 200gms:(
my doc has suggested that I try n breastfeed him more often but i dont know wht to do coz he doesnt take it for more than 5 mts.At the same time I also feel guilty abt bottlefeeding him..i want to breastfeed him as much as I can!\";

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.

I was not breastfeed in my childhood hence the idea of sucking and feeding from a woman's full, engorged breasts has infatuated me. It is a fantasy that drives me wild like nothing else, just the thought of laying my head in a woman's lap while she brings her swollen nipples to my mouth.
