Dear Wannabeparents,
whoops I forgot to add about testing efficacy.
Yes, its very much expected that as your pregancy progresses the line in test circle will appear faster than your control. This is a very good sign infact. Your hCG level must increase by two fold each 36-48 hours so every two days later you will see positive appearance faster and stronger:)

You must be on nineth cloud!

Dear Wannabeparents,
My happiness has no knew bounds! Now keep aside all your anxiety and stress and work on this baby.

There are many dos and don't but not necessarily they are strict to be followed.

Try to rest as much as you can in first trimester, that is until end of 13 weeks from your first day of menses. When your Dr. tells all is well in side then S/he may suggest what to avoid.

Do not drink caffinated drink, remove coke and coffee from your conservatory as it may entice you.
Stay out of raw egg containing food such as myonnaise. You can eat eggs those are boiled or fried.

Until Dr. allows you to stay abstained from intercourse. Sometime low lying placenta causes spotting and also miscarriages.

Do not do any heavy duty in first trimester, no liftings.

If you get lower back pain that does not go away even by sleeping in the bed for about 2-4 hours then call your Dr. even if it's before your appointment.

Watch out spotting is perfectly OK when you are pregnant but don't have to have any fresh blood. Any fresh blood is bad sign and rush to your Dr. immediately.

I know I told more than what you want to know before seeing a Dr.

A friendly advise would be to join March 2005 expectant parents board to share your experience and gain from other girls experience too.

Once again congratulations to you and your husband. I am so glad that you trusted in your power and went ahead without going for expensive treatment. I knew you are a normal couple and what was holding back is your over stress!

Remember it matters what you think and how you think while pregnant. It has impact on fetus in your womb so keep relaxed through out the pregnancy.

It's OK to get sometime high feelings or low feelings, this is all hormonal while pregnant. If you get irritant tell your spouse to be patient as it's to do with pregnancy hormone. You will get more of these days in first and third trimester.

Take care
Archie
