Hi everyone,

I have heard a lot that during pregnancy one should not lift anything heavy. I am just wondering, how much weight is actually forbidden. And if suppose one does carry something heavy, does that effect the baby immediately and how to know if any damage is done???

Please help!!!

It doesn't effect literally but it might effect uterous if u keep on doing that..so u shd avoid as much as possible.It's special time enjoy All facilities.
