Hi, im having problems losing weight in these areas especially on thight and butt.i would like to know any exercise to help burn fat in these areas and if so some of the others to. I know for instance that doing push ups is good for the arms & doing sit ups is good for tummy. But i don't know how to exercise thighs,butt and sides??? If you know any other exercises for other parts of body pleezz let me know.

as a fact that squats and lunges will help tone the butt muscles. Make sure you do these exercises under regulations, stop if you feel any pain in your knees after you squat, and please dont over do anything. 10 squats in the morning and 10 in the evening are enough for first timers, you can increase gradually.

I am not sure about other excercises , you can ask a gym instructor for that. Lunges : - Extend one of your legs, and bend, till the other non-extended leg's knee reaches the ground.
Squat : Well i am sure you have squatted before, squatting is when we bend our feet will sitting down on the ground. In squats exercises, just dont sit down, bend till you reach , till your knees almost touch the ground, and then stand up again.
I am not good at explaining exercises, if you can, google it.

um could you also explain to me how to do lunges? Do you have any other exercises for parts of body... thighs, tummy,sides,arms???

I kinda know what you mean by squats but i don't know exactly how, i have never really done any squats as an exercise before. Plus, i want to do them right so that it is not a waist of time.
