Hai everyone. I have just gave birth 4 months ago. I could not feed my baby and I had swollen breast on that time, as big as coconut size but it was better within 1 day. Now my breast is out of shape (soft and big). How to make it better. I know it won't be perfect as before pregnant. It does not look nice when I tie saree and wear blause. Please help me.

Try using a good bra with under wire support to prevent slack & make sure the bra covers well & fits you well. Also try to regularly exercise the upper body for tonning.
