any one plz can give me a complete recipe of making kari ??????????????keri which is made by dehi??? truptiramteke replied. Put some oil in a pan, after that add some curry leaves, add mustard seeds, and green chilly, which will be cut in pieces, after it gets cooked properly, put the mixture of curd, in which we have already added some turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, and salt and saute it, and after some time add sufficient water to make a good consistency. this is simple gujarati kadhi

Ingredients:
1 cup curds
3 cups water
2 tbsp. gramflour
1 green chilli
1/2\"; piece ginger
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tbsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
3 pinches asafoetida
3 pinches turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. each cumin & mustard seeds
8-10 grains fenugreek seeds
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ghee

Method:

1. Beat curds, water and gramflour to a smooth mixture.
2. Crush chilli and ginger to a paste, add to above mixture.
3. Heat ghee in a deep pan, add seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida.
4. Allow to splutter, add mixture, stirring continuously till it boils.
5. Simmer on low, add all other ingredients, except coriander.
6. Allow to simmer for 12-15 minutes.
7. Add coriander leaves just before serving.
8. Serve hot with rice.
