Im a mother of 3 yrs old daughter.
Earlier my kid was a very fussy eater...especially fruits and vegetables...then i discovered a wonderful product which contains genuine extract of 5 fruits and vegetables and does not contain any chemical harmful for the body...moreover Its in powder form...and it can be mixed with any thing like dal, pudding, icecream (home made), or anything eatable which is cooked at home...
u know I have seen a REAL CHANGE in my daughter...she has not only improved Physically but her mental stature is also amazing...
frankly speaking Im a happy mother now...

It' s the same with my 20 month old son. He doesn' t like eating fruits, veggies, meat or eggs. What you can do is make pulao one day, khichdi the next day, rice cooked with shredded bits of chicken, etc. This way, you can make sure that they are getting a little bit of everything. So, even if they don' t eat the veggies, atleast the nutrients would have leached out into the pulao water and would be absorbed by the rice.

You can also try cooking veggies, then pureeing it and passing it through pasta sauces... most kids like tomato sauce... and this is basically a thick tomato sauce mixed with lots of pureed veggies. They eat it readily. You could also try koftas made of minced veggies.

For fruits, my doc said to keep trying, but in case they refuse, to offer juice. So, you can give your boys freshly squeezed mosambi, orange juice. Or commercial 100% natural apple juice.

Also, give them multi-vitamin drops once a day everyday.
