I read the stuff on the site & most of the people are advised to join aerobics or do excersize. plz tell me some moves that we can do at home to lose weight as I get 2 much homework so i can't join any classes or gym. plz tell me excersize moves to lose weight overall. Also my face is too fat ( even my body is not that fat, I think i hav extra weight on my face) i ll wait for your reply

. . . thing to do would be to affect dietary changes for you more so than exercises. it sounds like you don't really have time one way or another to exercise to lose weight overall. one or two moves won't do anything to help you lose weight overall. you need to spend at least 30 - 45 minutes a day doing something aerobic to lose weight in addition to a healthier diet.

do you have a skipping rope? if you skipped intensely for 30 - 45 minutes daily, that would probably be the best and low-tech thing.

also reducing the amount of deep-fried foods, refined flours, sugars, carbohydrates from breads/sweets/pastas, and increasing whole grains, nuts, and proteins alongside more water, fruits, and vegetables will all go a long way to helping you reduce your weight.

before you do any of that, you should have a clear FITNESS/BODY FAT PERCENTAGE goal in mind, not a weight goal in mind.

not entirely sure how to tell you to lose fat on your face. you'll probably notice changes as you continue growing (i presume you are in school and not university) and if you start eating healthier and exercising.
