plz suggest me a North Indian diet chart for my 17 months old baby girl, from morning she wake up and until she go to sleep in the night with timings.i want her to see more strongh and healthy.i would be very muz greatful to whoever answer this query. thanks in advance. mandeep replied. this is my son diet n he is nearly 17 months old

6 - 7 milk 6oz

8.30 to 9.00 cereal with 4 or 5 oz milk cow full fat /some days bread/ if your daughter can manage eating parantha then any stuffed parantha with butter on that.
i myself have not tried SP as my son' s 3 teeths r coming through so i want him to eat what is comfortable n he likes once they r out will give a try.
10.30 fruit

1.00 lunch rice with vegetable/ curd/chicken curry or any another tari
me son dont eat more then 20 to 21 weaning spoon after that he had milk which is 6 oz and sleep

4.00 fruit flavour yohart n some grated cheese or curd and fruit duet around 150g.

6 to 7 he has his pasta or vegetables cooked with tomatoes with chicken or red dal with rice with a spoon of butter as he is not keen on chapati, if your daughter can mamage chapati then great or even bread will do.

9 he takes full fat custard or rice pudding or peach and banana dessert around 135 g.

10 to 10.30 milk 5 or 6oz n sleep till 8 in morning
