This is me again. sorry to bother you repeatedly. I have a small doubt, which u can clarify. Yesterday I guess I ovulated. I had this terrible ovulation pain in my abdomen, which I always get. But there was no EWCM. Day before yesterday I saw that. Being ovulation day, I didn't get EWCM yestarday. I guess stress is again playing its part. This time we just left it as it is. Yetserday I was stressing myself, is it going to affect the egg which has been relased? I don't know how to overcome this. I am ok till my 9-10 days. After 10th day or so, I am thinking about my ovulation and that too I am having cramps around ovulation, I cannot but think about having intercourse and I don't want to miss it. Thinking that way I am feeling stressed out. But yesterday, I din't tell my hubby that I am ovulating. I told him after having intercourse. Anyways, from next month I should be as calm as I could. Please advice me on how to stop thinking/stressing? Thanks in advance. Even though we both r perfect, I am the one who is delaying the entire process, if that is what it is.....thanks in advance. You are over thinking. Sorry if I sound strong.

No EWCM does nto mean any trouble. If your husband was not stressed then likely he delivered plenty of his little guyes.

Egg can get hampered from post ovualtion stress. It can be fertilized but it can remain un-implanted due to stress. Implantation needs to be in a balanced hormonal environment. Please stay calm.

Don't think that you have problem or a cause in delaying conception. Look at this you get symptoms while ovulation, so why you stress from CD10? You can know when you ovulated, take it easy and keep your spouse easy too. This way you will come one day telling that you got what you wanted.

Stay calm and quiet. Talk to girls around if you want to.
