Body and Fitness:Fat cells on my legs-HELP

Hi,

I had baby #2 about 2 months ago. I became pregnant when my daughter was just 3.5 months old. Since giving birth I have some fat on my upper thighs. I am limited with time and cannot run or exercise very often..is there something in addition to exercising i can do to help this problem?

can improve your diet? i don't know what your diet is right now, but dietary changes might keep the fat cells dehydrated. diet changes and exercise are the best non-surgical way to deal with fat.
