if u wanna reduce ur tummy first of all stop eating heavy food in nites ..98% of obesity cums from eating late nite. hav sum lite food or fruits in dinner it wud be better if u hav ur dinner b4 7-8pm . u can drink half lemon wid luke warm water in early in the morning be4 eating anything, this will surely helps u to tuck ur tummy...

should look at your diet first. sit ups will not do anything except improve the underlying muscle tone. chances are you need to deal with the fat that has accumulated on your stomach. diet (by which i mean healthy eating and not starving oneself) and intense aerobic exercise are the best way to achieve fat reducing results through a combination of creating a regular calorie deficit which will prompt your body to consume its fat stores and by improving your metabolism.

do situps and bend towards down... do this for 20 times in 3 times.
walking up to 15min increasing by days.
do abs contraction.breath in &out. twist ur waist for 20 times. do dancing & aerobics... its realy worth..good luck
