my son is 14 months old now. I am working since he was 4 months old. Since 4 months he has been having my milk once in btwn 9 to 6 and rest whenever he asked for. Since that time he has been eating healthy. Now he has cows milk twice a day. Has breakfast, lunch and dinner. But he still needs my milk to sleep and at nite wakes for atleast 2 times. Even after waking up he cries for me. What do i do? How to ween him off. Can't i do it myself. I have my helpfull inlaws with me but at nite they too hand him over to me when he cries a lot and i understand that. But seeing me he becomes incontrollable and there is no denying him. I love him but want him to be independent for his own good. Anyone to help me?!!?!
p.s. i have become strict now and rock him to sleep and after waking at morning deny him milk. Difficult yet working. But what about nites when the entire world is sleeping do i let him cry for 1 to 2 hrs?? He takes no bottles or milk or food from me at nites!!! At times i play with him but doesnt work for long...
