Hi All,

I am a working mother of a 4 month old kid in bangalore. I was looking for a house maid and called the PSJ Helpline services.

The person responded and came to our house with a maid. The maid was okay and so he said that she will join by next day. And he asked for the registration fees. As it all seemed to be going on well, we paid the registration amount. Only to be shocked that the maid didnt turn up next day neither the day after that. We called up the agency only to be given a lame excuse.

Then began a series of calls for some other maid and they gave their usual excuses. Finally the guy appeared with another maid but she also didnt turn up to join.

Now I am running behind the person to atleast return back the money as hes not providing a maid.

I just wanted to warn the working moms in bangalore before taking the help of this agency in finding a maid. I am trying out a few more agencies. If I get a decent reply, I will let you girls know.

I read your msg, regarding PSJ helpline, exactly same thing happened with me also, now I am chasing them for money, but this guy Mr. Murthy, he is not coming on the phone also.

Never use PSJ Helpline, for any of their services as I had a very bad experience when i was in Bangalore, they provided me with a home maid and her name was RABI i had paid the agency 2,500Rs as registration was told that this lady knows cooking, babycare everything under the sun, but she had no idea of cooking, so we had to teach her how to make tea and the cooking was done by my wife hoping that she will improve but in 4 days time she complained of chest pain and told she needs to consult a doctor we told we will take her but declined and said she needs 2 days leave we accepted it, but to our surprise she did not arrive after 2 days even when we contacted the agency they told she had come there and does not like to work, so we told them to send another lady and until today they have no response, they are the worst agency do not go to them for any services. javamom replied. Did u find any reliable service provider.
