hi my baby is 5 1/2 month(Girl) i have recently started with cerelac wheat & rice but it seems she doesn't like it , pl tell me any ideas so that she starts like it

hi mira... i too hv a 5 & half month son.. he too was not very fond of cerelac.. i tried rice when he completed 4 months.. i just gave it a break for a week.. then added fruits like apple or banana to it.. no sugar.. he has started eating it.. i also feel he prefers normal rice blended in a mixie better... so wont be forcing cerelac i think

Hi,
You should start with single grain cereal instead of mix grain. My daughter had a similar problem. She didn't like rice, so we tried oatmeal and Barely and she loves them. If she doesn't like with formula then try mixing them with water. She might like that way. Hope this helps.

Hi Mira,
My daughte is one year old now, but she had the same problem when I started her with the solids. Sometimes they don't like it for first few time and then they start to eat. She still eats her cereal with water.
