You can get whole raagi or raagi powder. Raagi powder is easier to prepare. Just add water and boil.... when it starts to thicken to a gel like consistency, add milk and raagi porridge is ready. Avoid adding sugar.

If you get Raagi grains, then soak it in the morning. The next morning, drain the water, grind to a fine paste, strain to remove all the husk and you get a thick white sediment. Take that sediment and bring to a boil with a little fresh water. When it starts to become like a reddish gel, add milk and serve.

It' s good that you give her Apple and Papaya. Try adding a few more fruits over the next one or two months. Fruits are better than fruit juices. You can introduce mashed banana, watermelon, grapes, etc. And when you give apple or pear, make sure that it is lightly boiled or steamed.

Pumpkin and Carrot are very good as they are yellow veggies. continue that. Don' t give her spinach (or any green leafy veggie) more than once a week. More than that is not good for infants and toddlers. Potato is a wonderful veggie for young kids. Try a few more like peas (well boiled & mashed). And also try adding a bit of yogurt and cheese to her diet.

All the best.
