May be u already know this - may be not! M just trying to help!!

Hetal -
I have seen that in your replies you sometimes ask the person to refer to another messages in message board, asking the person to paste link in browser after removing brackets.

Eg:
http(:)//www(.)indiaparenting(.)com/boards/showmessage(.)cgi?messageid=522&table_name=bowelbladder

Instead, you can just ask the person to change the \";messageid\"; in the \";address\"; box of the browser!

Thus, if i change the number 522 (which is a message from roopa) shown above to 524 (which is a message from Deepthy) in my browser's address bar/link, i will see Deepthy's message!

If the category is different, the person also needs to change the table_name.
Thus if i change
messageid=6124
table_name=dis_feeding
i see message from Sudipta !

This is little tricky, but those who get this, will make life of both parties easier - you dont need to type brackets and we dont need to remove them!

howzzat??!! :-)

i also find removing brackets more easier. everyone is not comfortable with all IT coding.
i am fine with removing brackets and i think hettal also mentions the date of the message,subject and the board name or person name if that kind of post was answered recently.
It is so easy to reach.

roopa it is very nice suggestion. but people like us understand these things. i have myself pasted many posts of hetal by copy-paste the whole page with the query and reply, when in her previous post someone didn't even knew how to post the link.she had explained it well how to do it, but that lady was not able to understand what is cut and paste.I think her current style is easier because copying and pasting the old message sometimes dnt give good display. and what you suggested will work for people like us who are in IT.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
