hi,

i am nursing my baby every 3 to 4 hrs and was just wondering when pump the milk out, if we want to feed him when we go out as I am not that comfortable nursing him in public.

Since i feed him everytime, i dont have any left for pumping. So wanted to learn from other who manage to do this. Appreciate your help

When you plan to go out.try pumping early in morning may be couple of hrs after feeding your baby,then store it in fridge or ice pack.i did like this.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
