I think ur feeding schedule is not very satisfactory. Feed your baby with solids/semisolids atleast four times a day. Start the first solid food early at about 8-9 a.m.( Milk and chapati, or cerelac/farex,or sooji sweet,etc).2nd solid food at around 12.30-1.00p.m.( cereals+ vegetables), 3rd at around 5.00-6.00 p.m.(cerelac/farex, or milk shakes), 4th feed at around 9.00 p.m. ( again cereals and/or vegetables). In between these feeds you can give milk, vegetable soups, fruits etc. When your baby's tummy is full, he will sleep well.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
