Don' t worry about her teeth. My son got his first tooth just before his first birthday. Now he is 17 months old and has just 7, while most babies his age have grinders by now. It' s perfectly normal. But, since they don' t have as many teeth, their diet may be a bit different than other toddlers.

Keep a few things in mind:
1. When they are teething, which may be a few days every month, they usually reject all solids and have only milk. This is normal.
2. Is she is unwell, a cold or a fever, or an upset stomach, she may reject solids.
3. When she wakes up in the morning, give her milk (as much as she wants), then at about 09:30 or so, offer her breakfast (boiled egg / sooji / ragi / idli / bits of soft chapati / slice of cheese etc.) Let her have whatever she wants, as much or as little as she wants. if she doesn' t eat, never mind. But wait for a while. After about an hour, offer her milk. (I don' t agree with RC. You cannot reduce her milk if she completely rejects solids. This only works if a toddler eats on somedays and doesn' t eat on other days. In stead make sure she understands that she will not get a bottle in substitute of her meal. So, wait at least an hour after meal times to give her the bottle. But, give her the bottle. If she doesn' t eat and you reduce her milk intake to 2 bottles a day she may lose weight.)
Do the same thing at lunch time. Keep her lunch in front of her (chapati / rice / pureed veggies / egg / chicken / fish) and wait for a bit, then after an hour offer milk. In between meals drop the bottle and offer her some nutritious snacks - (crushed badam, raisins, cookies, bananas, apples, pudding, pears, etc. Offer her variety every day. And if she doesn' t eat, let it be. Don' t make a fuss. Take it away. Wait an hour and offer the bottle. It is just a phase. Repeat with her evening snack and with dinner.
Whenever my son is teething, he goes off solids completely for upto a week or so. if he falls sick, he refuses solids for the duration of the sickness and for a month afterward. It seems so insanely long, but if we force him, then the food strike lasts even longer. So, we just try and offer him different food regularly. As and when he' s ready, he' ll take it.

as ur baby is 15 month old u should reduce milk to 2 times a day like mor and evening only than heill take solid (as my doc. told me).it is necessary to start solid as milk alone can not full fill the need of different mineral and vitmine.

hey ann,
Dont worry ann, sometimes my baby too does the same thing...doesnt show interest in food other than milk...but this is for sometime...i think she got bored of the same stuff...try different things...try to divert her to tv, or play some music or give her new toys while eating....forcefeeding few spoons is also recomendable as i do sometimes for my kid...only sometimes remember....but make food interesting...add some salt or some jaggery to increase the taste....my daughter got 6 teeth since long...she didnt get anymore teeth i m too waiting for it...but dont be in hurry as every kid is different....u need not do anything regarding her teeth...as per her food concern u can give her some apetite tonics also if u want....hope this helps
