Hi !

my kid is 20 months and shez not eating any breakfast like upma,idli,cereal,or any type of food.. she drinks only milk in the morning by 9 and if she dosen' t eat breakfast i give lunch at 12.30 she eats only 7-8 spoons (the baby spoon)
she eats only maggie taht too 3-4 spoons..i think it cannot be iven daily right?
instead i give banana shake or any juice ..
does this fill their stomach
plz suggest me some recipes .she dosen' t eat suji kheer,oat meal,veg cutlet,bread or any other stuff

Hi Rhea !

i tried it but she didn' t like it so i stopped it..
i try to give pusti its also of all grains including,ragi,wheat,soya ect etc but she is not taking it..

oh its very easy to make....take some nachni or raagi powder mix it with milk..mix it well without lumps keep it on stove stir it as it become solid...porridge like...remove it from stove add salt/sugar according to ur baby taste...u can boiled, blended veggies...if u want....very healthy...u can add raagi powder in the dosa batter...make raagi dosas...tc bye bye
