i am 160pounds and i am 5 8 tall, i am really fat
can someone please tell me i can lose weight in like a week, should i stop eating and just drink water and eat fruits, please give me some tips

Hi ,

Priya u will definately lose ur weight if u follow this strictly and with positive thinking .. The other way u can cook the cabbage is : heat oil add onion and 2 dry red chilies then saute it , then add one small pieces of chicken (cut it small) and add 2 tsp of ginger&garlic paste , stir it until the chicken cooked then add the cabbage and salt to ur taste , that's it ..

The other way is u can make is dal cabbage ( cabbage pappu).. If u cannot finish 1 head of cabbage 1 time u can keep that for ur dinner or u cant eat that with tortilla for ur snack time ... U can make cabbage soup also ...

Priya make sure u drink 5-7 glasses of water a day and eat 1 or 2 fruit that rich in vitamin C ... , Priya for the 1st month u follow this diet , then for the 2nd month i will tell you more recipies that consist food like tofu and cauliflower ... Im here to help you , will make sure u lose ur weight successfully and i need ur updates weekly basis .. If u start this tomorrow , then update me on the 21st of aug ... (and if possible pls do exercise daily for 30 min if u have more free time can do twice a day also ) .. Ok priya if anything feel free to send msg ..

Ur BMI shows 24.3 it seems u are in the normal weight range , how many pounds do u want to reduce and wats ur age ?

Hey Priya ,

How are you doing ? i have a diet plan that works wonder , if you follow it strictly u will see the result in 1 month ..

Breakfast - Cereal ( 1 cup)
- 1 cup of strawberry
- 1 cup of coffe

Midmorning - Coffee

Lunch - 4-6 wholemeal bread
- 1 head of cabbage
- 3 cups of water

snacks time - u can eat carrot / or eat 1 banana and drink 2 cups of water

Dinner - 4-6 wholemeal breads
- 1 head of cabbage
- 3 cups of water
- 1 apple

Supper - 1 cup of cereal / or coffee

Priya u can cook the cabbage this way , put oil in the pan then add onion , 1 dry red chily then u add the cabbage ... ( if u need more cabbage recipe just send msg in this board ..)

Along with this try to do 30 min exercise and think positive that u will lose ur weight ..
