Hi,

My son is 9 months old. I have already introduced him to rice, raagi, oatmeal, barley & millet. Have not introduced him to wheat yet since he is allergic to it. Can you please tell me at what age can i introduce sabuudaana to him?

You can cook oatmeal in milk, the way you would be making it for yourself. Barley & millet grains can be cooked in cooker along with vegetables and then pureed.
