At this age he should eat everything that adults eat. And you should keep on telling him politely to chew the food properly. If you tell him repeatedly he will listen to you. You can give him nutritious Laddoos which recipe i have already placed. You can give him fish, chicken also. Fruits, fruit juice milk shakes can be given. oats or cornflakes wiht milk can be given. Oats upma can be made, corn flakes chivda can be made and given to him.

You can join 1 community on orkut \" Kids and Moms\" where you can find many recipes.

You can also give him idlis which are already soft and dosas also. In dosa batter you can add spinach or methi leaves or grate beetroot and carrot can mix it with dosa batter so that he does not come to know. you can give him tomato soup. you can also give him baby corn.

you can make baby corn pakodas just like you make onion pakodas. you can also steam sweet corn and add salt, black pepper for taste and give it to him.

you can give carrot juice , beetroot juice adding spinach and little ginger, pudina also in same juice and serve. it tastes delicious.

Last but not the least he should be eating all solid stuff that we adults eat. so keep in trying new recipes and make it look attractive also.

Because even kids are very fussy and they will eat only if they are satisfied that the food is looking good and attractive.
