Name: Pallavi Hi,Pls advice as to ragi and oatmeal are easily digestible or not for my 7 month old daughter.She is bit gassy and burps a lot.

ragi-yes, oatmeal-no

ragi yes ...very smoothly ground though ..with some sugar and formula milk mixed and made into porridge ...you get readymade ragi powder also which is finely ground unlike at home, oatmeal is preferrrable after the age of one ...not a good idea for a 7 month old ...other natural foods like rice porridge / daal water / palak mashed, apple boiled and mashed etc can be tried before complex stuff like oatmeal

Thanx Ruma for all suggestions.I wanted to know one more thing-Is ragi flour(cream colored finely powdered) that we get in stores the one used for feeding babies...Where can i found it and in which form?Pls reply
