Hi,

I have been thinking about this problem and I have not been able to find a suitable solution to the Problem , therefore I am seeking advice from everyone on this forum.

I am currently working in a cable company in Carribean region for past 3 months.I had joined this job with a condition that my employer would apply for my WP and also give me a suitable salary as per qualification.My employer had told me that they will not be able to give me a slary as per qualification till the time my WP does not come.My husband has a good job with good salary.My problem is that the I am spending more than half of my salary on taxi's as me and my husband have different work timings.I had a well paying job in india before I got married.I have actually feeling so depressed about the savings I am doing.As being newly married girl it will be a hasty step to go back to India and find a good paying job.I had discussed this problem with my husband and he had told me that I had joined this job to keep busy as I was getting depressed sitting at home and should treat this job as something to keep busy.I cannot leave this job as there are very few jobs here.My Work permit is taking lot of time so my employer cannot increase my salary and infact they don't want to also as they are spending lot of money on processing of my Work Peremit.I really don't know what to do I have been financially independant from the time I started working and now saving so little makes me very depressed. Please tell me what should I do.
