Hello Members,

I want to introduce dryfruits in my daughter' s meals. She is 12-1/2 months , on breast milk and semi solids.

Which dryfruits to give , in what qty and how to give them?

Hi,
my daughter is 10m old and i give her kismis (little crushed).try adding grounded nuts and almonds in her food.

U can give kissmiss to your daughter. she will love to eat it, 2 or 3 to start go for the small one but if cant find then cut then in 2 pieces and u can also give her 1 teaspoon of ground almonds in her custard or any dessert what u make for her.I gave these two dryfruit to my son n he loves to eat them.
