hi freinds this is sarika from nellore.
iam new to this site.freinds iam 24yrs old and my height is 5.2 and weight is 53.from one yr iam facing big problem with tummy.one of my frind told to eat chapati(without oil)and to do skipping
so will it workout?
give me some usefulll tips to reduce my tummmy
really in need of all ur help

Hey Sarika,

Two things that really worked for my post baby tummy. One, to keep a gap of 2.5- 3 hrs between dinner and bedtime. Really, really helps. Try and eat by 8 pm and eat one less heping than you would at lunch.
The other thing, YOGA YOGA YOGA. In 3 months I had lost a couple of inches. One year and I am paunch free!
