My son is 22 Months and I wanted to give him some nutritional supplement with Milk.can anyone suggest what is the best option with milk?I live in the USA.I generally give nesquick syrup(strawberry flavour) and Hersheys chocolate syrup. Are there any other nutritional supplements available that U can suggest of?

My son 17months loves strawberry. also try vanilla, chocolate. Mel replied. Chocolate inhibits the absorption of calcium from milk. So, Hershey' s syrup would probably be doing more damage than good. Nesquik and Hershey' s a more of flavours. You can give him nutritional supplements. I live in India, so not sure what is available in the US. Here we get Visyneral drops, which can be mixed with milk (5 drops morning and 5 drops in the evening). You can give him natural things like banana milkshake, mango milkshake, natural strawberry milkshake, etc. He can even help you peel the bananas. No need to add sugar as all these fruits are sweet. I would liek to bring into your notice that these nesquick and other childrens ready to drink or eat foods are loaded with sugar you must keep that in mind before u buy anything . always read the label. You can always give him vitamins Enfamil makes poly-visol which is a multivitamin drops and can be given to kids age 4. pls be aware of the sugar that goes into ur childs body at such young age. I am a strict beliver of all things natural . as much possible as you can . Thanks
