No dear, no salt or sugar till your baby is a year old. U can´ t make suji kheer with FM as u might know that u can´ t boil that, that´ s strange that your DR. refuse to any other milk as after 6 months babies can take full fat cow milk in there food but not as a drink.Have u ask your dr. why he/she has said not to use cow milk, and does dr. knows that u cant boil FM? ask next time u visit him.if your baby is throwing or refusng food then she is not hungry. make sure to offer her food when she is hungry, or try to minus her one feed in mid morning n instead give something to eat n see.if she refuses then leave it try later. with my own exper. try to enjoy your baby and treasure the lovely moments u share with her as they grow up so fast. other reason can be, some babies dont like bland food ( like mine) so make her dal/vegetable/rice/chicken puree n mix with full fat curd.

I went through my dairy ( as i use to keep a note what my son ate or how much he drinks in a day) at 6 months old he was an average taking 22oz to 24oz of milk and i use to give him fruit or vegetable purees about 50g to 60g, 3 time a day or some time use to give fruit flavoured yogarts.
on avarage i use to give him something to eat or drink every two and half hour n he use to get his last feed at 10.30 - 11.00 n use to sleep through till 4.30 in morning.hope this is any help.
