Hi ,

I gave birth 7 months ago , and need weight lose buddy , my weight is 58 , need to lose 6 kgs ( my problem area is lower body ) and do anyone have diet plan ...

Drink a lot water! If you don't like drinking plain water, you can add some lemon.

Lower body is easier to work than the upper. You can try jogging or walking.

If you want to shape your legs and firm up your butt, you can try pilates.

For your legs, you can do leg lifts.

For your ankles: lie on your back and lift one leg up. rotate your foot at a circular motion 10 times. and then switch to the other leg. this will give you a ballerina ankle. in ballet, they basically do a lot of leg work...that's why ballet dancers have such sexy legs.

for your butt: climbing stairs is great...or just do steps. there are a lot of pilates moves to shape up your butt.

i've been doing winsor-pilates for years now...and i must say, it really shapes up your body and give you long, lean muscles (instead of the bulky ones). if you live in the US, you can call and order winsor-pilates.
