hi all,
my baby is 6 month old..when can i give her salt, turmeric and curd? which milk can be used to make curd at home?..

me again
once your baby is 6 months old then u can start giving her curd or any food made using cow milk (like custard, rice pudding, sujikheer etc) till your baby is 1 year old, but make sure to use full fat milk and cow milk can be given to baby as whole milk after there 1st birthday. this is what we r told here in UK by our dr.

u can make curd with full fat milk as only full fat milk is good for babies.
i have been using haldi while making my sons food from 7 months with salt no salt till your baby is one year old after that also slowly slowly start putting salt in your baby food, one thing more by 1 year your son will more or less will eat what u cook for family n it has salt in it. hope this is any help
