hi all,

in my last post..padmaja suggested me not to use cow milk but to go for NESTUM RICE RAGI and not the home made porridge using cow milk..but as far as i know nestum does not contain milk and has to b prepared using milk..which milk should i use then? buffalo milk? i m just so much confused..my baby girl wld turn 6 month old in few day pls guide..

Hi,

Yes Nestum doesnt contain milk. u can use formula milk / express breast milk to prepare it which ever ur baby is currently feeding on.
