hi all,

can anyone guide me which is more appropriate for a 5 and half month old, cow milk or buffalo milk..? i have mixed reviews about both of them and confused about which one to give to my daughter at 6 months..she is exclusively bf till 5 months..my pediac said that cow milk should not be given till she is 1 yr old..pls guide me..

Ur ped is right..no cows milk till 1 yr.
If ur daughter is breastfeeding try to continue that till a yr n then switch to cows milk.
IF for any reason u wish not to breastfeed , fully or partially , then use infant formula, NAN or lactogen. Thast the best for ur kid.
and 1 more think since ur kid will be six months old.. pls try and avoid the bottle. u can try sippy cup n then glass. It will be a boon in the long.. believe me :)
