Iam 42 years old and has one daughter of 14 years with normal delivery at the age of 27 years. I had tubectamy done at the age of 30. Now I have diabetis type2 but well in contol for the past 5 years. Now I want to have one more child. I have contacted srushti fertility center Dr. Namrata. Blood tests for harmones and pelvic scan conducted and told every thing is normal. Go for baby through IVF. Please tell me is it safe for me? You need not worry about anything since IVF is completely safe and the success rates of IVF have also been great. Your husband is very correct. the doctors will say anything to get one more patient. But then nobody can tell for sure when you will get pregnant. We saw eight doctors all together before I did a Laproscopy and i was told immideately after that i will get pregnant with IVF.

But IVF failed. But we are NOT giving up...going to see a doctor at Corian fertility in Mumbai...she is a sorogacy doctor but we fell in love with her kindness and caring nature and want to try again.

Asha replied. If you are refering to Dr.Samundi, all i can say is she is a wonderful caring and gentle doctor.

But, i must say that her staff are very bad, even if you are the third person to go, they keep you for three hours and make the patinets they know go first.

The chief doctor Dr. Samundi is a wonderful person. but be assuered that IVF is not a one off treatment and you can get pregnant immidiately...you might have to try many times like i am still doing after two tries at different hospitals. Ramya replied. Dear RM,

I just came across your post. There is a very famous fertility centre called Srushti in Chennai. The chief dr there is Dr Samundi.

If you are referring to Chennai, then you can take your opinion from the Chief dr, Dr Samundi.
