we are trying a baby since 4 months and my husband had gone under the semen test and the reports shows that he is has 11 million sperms per cc with 45 mobility and 30 normal with the grading as 5 grade a, 20 grade b, 25 grade c and rest 55 grade d, so i am not sure what should i do should we go for medication or can we try a test tube baby using my husband sperms?
