i am keen to losse atleast 10 kg and want to know if eating slim capusules ayurvedic ones will help me reduce my weight. i have 2 kids and its very difficult for me to take out time i am constantly on my toes in house doin this thing or the other and when i get time i prefer to take some sleep as my younger one keeps me awake most of the night. pl. tell me all i do is deit and eat capsules may be if any one has tried and worked pl. help i am very worried about my married life. i am just 27 and look as if am 35 pl pl. help happy replied. hi there
your over weight after pregnancy could be u r having hypothyroidismhyperthyroidsm. Ask your family practitioner or MD to run a thyroid test on you. It will be a simple blood test. Because this is very common disease that most of women will get during or after pregnancy. But in India nobody pay much attention on this. I bet most of our Indian women are suffering with this unknowingly. Depending on the stage on this disease sometimes it make you memory loss, fatigue, irregular periods that includes weight gain is one of the major problem. So check with your doctor
