I have PCOS in both ovaries, and have started medicies for last 1 month, after my cycle doc had done my follicle ultrasound and she found that follicle was made but bigger in size. She has prescribed me with ovanac and meprate for 10 days. I have to go again when I get my next cycle. I need advice from you guys firstly whether my treatment is fine and second will I be able to concieve we are now starting to plan for a baby. I dont know much about technicalities. Mamta R replied. Good to know that you are planning for a family. Before everything, get your basics right. Based on my own experience, following are some of the things you need to know, for you to succeed in less time.
1. Consult a good infertility Doctor. Pls dont go with a general gynae.
2. Look for the reputation of the infertility specialist. Check for their success rates before you proceed with one.
3. Do not postpone any treatment/procedure as this will tell you the exact problem you may have in concieving. Once you know the problem, the treatment would not take longer.
4. Be prepared to shell out money and time
5. Last, but not the least, Keep Up your Confidence!
