Hi all..just wanted to confirm if we stil have to be strict with sugar as my son is 15 months old now....
how do u give cheese..do u give it directly or mix it with some food

for my son i grate PANNER and add it to cerelac.For cheese also i grate it and add to DOSAS.

this is the time when your toddler needs fat for his development.unfortunately most fo the fatty foods are sweet in taste.we cant help it.
so i think you can go with sweet like tatse i mean to say my suggestion is rather than giving her sugar may be \" GUD\" OR \" JAGGERY\" will do fiune because jaggery contains iron.
