Feeding:how to make soft paratha

Hi,
I am unable to make soft parathas, it becomes hard in 10minutes of preparation. pls advice

I mix spinach with dough and add water,salt, knead for 5 minutes and prepare with ghee.

Not sure if i am adding too much/less water. my daughter likes this so much but i am not being good at it. pls help

Maybe the quantity of ghee is a lil more than required. Parathas/chapattis anything made with ghee/makhan will get hard in sometime.
Best is to make the paratha without anything and then just before feeding spread some ghee on it.
I have been making chappattis and parathas in similar manner. ALso knead the aata and keep for atleast 1/2 hr to make softer chappattis. I dont think u need milk.
