hello friends, I am a silent reader of this site, wanted to check the diet chart for my daughter of 20 months. Any suggestions and advices are welcome.
4 am -- milk - 160 ml
8.30am -- idli+sambar, dosa, chapati, oatmeal, cornflakes, pongal, ravaupma.
10.30am -- Tofu, fruits / ragi +egg
1.30pm -- rice with veggies,dal or curd or rasam
3.00pm -- milk - 100ml
4.30pm -- maccroni / fruits, cheese
6.30pm -- cornflakes, oatmeal, rava upma, omlette. + badam, cashews powder.
8.30pm -- dinner (what we have)
10.30pm -- Milk (160ml)-soya bean milk.
I am much concerned about her weight which is 9.5 at this month. suggest some more ideas to make her gain weight. And also other combinations of recipes. Thanks in advance.
