Feeding:Lower Belly sack from c-sec

Hi,
Its been an year that i delivered my first baby through a c-section but the sack is still there,the lower belly sack.pls advice how to lose that.Thanks.

I also had c-section last year in jan.so still have belly best i can say is to do push ups as they r really help full for tummy and advantage is u can do it any time n there is no need to spend any money to but mat or video etc. start with 10 or 15 then increase slowly slowly your legs will be sore to start but will get use to of that. Posh spices do 200 push ups everyday as that wot i have heard no wonder her tummy is flat after 3 c-sections. well we r not PS but not less then anyone else, so come on do it n see if u see any result.
