Problems in School:pls give me inf

Name: meena hai,
my daughter gets lot of dirt in her collars,socks-- especially white.. i brush a lot but in vain.. iam planning to buy a washing machine.. i want to confirm whether the machine itself will remove all the stains without me brushing.. pls provide me with inf..
1. which mac is gud- LG, Samsung or whirlpool..
2. front or top loading
3. fully or semi automatic..
4.which consumes power and water more..
i am sure that all will be hvg washing machines.. those who read this mess, pls give ing abt the product u use and its pros and cons..
pls help out..
