Hi Archie,m new to this forum.i hv a question.m ttc for 2 years now bt no positive result.m on metformin for the past three months for my pcos.ths is my 3 cyce with letoval.my doc says she wont let me try anymore wid letoval if ths time it dosnt work.m 32 yrs old.has anyone been in the same situation?m really worried.pls help.

Hi Rose,
yup it is true dat there r chances of multiple pregnancy with clomid...but dat' s true for any other infertility treatment as well...they r tryng to produce multiple follicles hence d risk is always there....PCOD is not a treatable condition...but continue taking metformin as it increases ur chnces of conception...i m still taking metformin....all d best

Hi rose,
i went thru similar situation...did not respond to letroz...though i had gud follicles with dat but they never reached a size to b able to do an iui...then we shifted to clomid and response was very gud...i had gud follicles...i conceived on my 5th IUI and my 24 weeks now...all d best
