I am aish and i need your advice.You have answered to my previous post .....thanks for that ........
i am on 100mg clomid now starting from my CD 3 and today is my CD7 (last day of clomid)
Last month i had 50 mg and was a failure. But i got my periods on time unlike the other cyccles when i never used to get the cyccle on time and had to take provera before taking my first course of clomid.
When am i possible to ovulate ?From what CD have i to start doing OPK? I have beeen charting my temps..........All my ccycle days it was 96.8 and today(CD7) it is 97.3........why is it like this ?
pls help me with these questions..........
Also we are moving out to a new house this month and i am stressed about the chsfting and all...........i am a person who get s tensed up for all samll things .......Could this be the reason why my cycles were never regular.....Also i want to know if there are cases were clomid does not help...........i have my fingers crossed......hope god willl hear our prayers this time..........

Lets start with your temperatures:
If taken at the same time each morning then temperatures are likely to stay stable until you are a day or two away from ovulation, at this time temperature will fall about 0.2-0.4 deg. Far. and in a day or two will shoot up 0.2-0.9 from your normal temperature.
If you have not noticed any drop yesterday or day before then slight increase in temperature may not be a sing of ovulation.
The BBT seemingly easy is also tricky. Your slightest activity in the bed will have increase in BBT reading. If you can't sleep one day that long as usual, take a temperature and 0.1 deg. Far for each 30 minutes (for ex. if usual time is 7 am and you took at 6 am then add 0.2 deg F. to observed reading) Should you take later then substract 0.1 deg. F for each 30 minutes, just oppositive to above example.

Clomid is a drug that's supposed to induce ovulation. It's not Miracle. The treatment will help increasing chances, but can't assure 100% success. Since clomid is superovulation inducer there is a chance of releasing multiple eggs (normally one egg per cycle). The fact that you got period with Clomid is a sign that your cycles are going to work normal.

You will ovulate 14-15 days before your expected period, if you know when you expect your period then you can estimate your ovulation day.

If the cycles are 28 days then testing with OPK from CD10 is recommended, and if cycle is 30 days then from CD12. This equation will help choosing which day you will have to start using OPK.


I may have said this to plenty and repeating here, a small amount of stress will affect on ovulation, especially when you ttc.

Like your problem I am not sure if your nature by itself will contribute a lot for irregular periods, but while ttc your stress will certainly act adverse to what you desire.

Take temperatures each morning at the same time and let me know your updates.
