Feeding:Milk substitute in USA

Hi moms I wanna know what is the milk substitute for top milk other than breast milk in USA, I live in USA and here Drs. doesnt allow to give top milk till 1 yr of age, My baby girl is 6 months old and just few days back I started givving solids to my baby, but if I want to make suji keer, dalia or other meals that includes heated milk, what should I use? Please please advice me with ur motherly experiences.

deffo. a BIG NO TO SALT please dont add salt to baby food as its not good for them. I had same problem as my son use to hate eating bland food so i use to add 1 or 2 teaspoon of full fat curd to give better taste to him. he is 1 now n he loves to eat that.

u can use cow milk (full fat one) to prepare babies food but cow milk is not allowed to be given to baby as a main drink till they are one year old(this is in UK as i live here).go to local supermarket n see wot do they add to baby food (GERBER), if you see fruity yougart,rice pudding or breakfast oats n written 6 months plus then its safe to prepare food in cow milk. hope this is any help to you.

I gave my son suji ka halwa,for dalia i use to make like kichdi add all veg and any dal little salt,haldi,jeera powder,hing and than puree it.but this u can give after u start her veggi.
