We are trying for a baby for 1 year, no result. Now want ot go to a doctor. i never went ot a gyno doctor because i have no problems. Waht is the initial check they do. My friend told mo that i have to lay after taking my panty and tghey check through my vagina with fingers and some machines. I an worried as I am going to a male doctor. Is it true . What checks they do and how. What I have to do before going to doctor. kun replied. Hi! just go through with gyno first explain everything , if you hesistate with male then go through with female gyno,she will full checkup like hormones urs and urs hubby , and she will ultrasound ..then she will suggest you better.. if i know where are you from then i will suggest you good gyno,dont late just check up first..after that u need any advice and discuss , let me know.. anu replied. hi

they will adjust to take some hormonal tests for u and yr hubby!!

yes they will do a transvaginal scan to check yr uterus , ovaries and endometrium n all !!

mostly scans will nt be done by yr gnyn iself !! some female scan docs only will do !! if u rnt confortable with this go to a female doctor at forst itself!!
