I have always used johnsons nappy rash cream on my LO and it work but the best will be to keep your LO at least 1/2 an hour without nappy in a day.
My cousion used coconut oil n she says it work for her baby and it was brill. but myself i have not used yet.

I use destin for diaperrash for my girl.I use for every 3 to 4 hours.it works for me.
